On 9-11 June 2010 I partecipated to the Interational Conference on "Criminal Law and Economy", that took place at the Ministry of Justice. The conference was organized by the University of Tirana and the University of Utrecht. I desire to thank the colleague and friend Prof. Dr. Altin Shegani and the colleagues of the Department of Criminal Law of the University of Tirana for the kind invitation at this important event.


My speech was on "The fight against fraud and counterfeiting of no-cash means of payment in a comparative perspective", and in particular on the implementation of the EU Framework Decision 2001/413/JAH.
